Dear applicants, who are taking APTIS in Astana, Almaty and Kyzylorda, please read the information below.

For APTIS examination an applicant must have:

1. an original ID or passport. In case an applicant does not have ID or passport, s/he has to submit birth certificate and school certificate (справка со школы) with photo and original stamp of school;
2. For those applicants who have NOT submitted documents of academic performance to Nazarbayev University office (Astana and Almaty):

- for high school students in the final year  - a copy of the transcript (табель) for the last 2 school semesters with the average score not less than 4.0 out of 5.0 or its equivalent, certified by the original (blue) stamp of the school and signature of the school principal (in blue ink);

- for vocational technical college students in the final year and final year university students -  copy of the transcript (зачетная книжка) for the last semester with the average score not less than 4.0 out of 5.0 or its equivalent, certified by the original (blue) stamp of vocational technical college/university and signature of the head (in blue ink);

-  for those who have completed high school and who are studying at the university, except final year students – a notarized copy of the school diploma with transcript (аттестат с приложением) with the average score not less than 4.50 out of 5.0 or its equivalent;

-  for those who graduated from a university or vocational technical college – a notarized copy of the diploma and transcript (диплом с приложением) with the average score not less than 4.50 out of 5.0 or its equivalent.

3. Pen;
4. Pencil;
5. Eraser;
6. Pencil sharpener;
7. Water in transpicuous bottle (0,5 liter);
8. Face mask if you are sick;

In case of absence of the above mentioned documents, an applicant will not be allowed to take APTIS.

You are not allowed to bring the following items:

• Mobile phones (even switched off);
• Other electronic devices;
• Bags, books, notes or other personal belongings.

The information on the examination registration time will be sent to personal e-mails of the applicants, who take APTIS in Astana, Almaty, Kyzylorda.

Addresses of the APTIS Examination venue in other cities of Kazakhstan will be placed later.

The applicants, who have submitted official and valid IELTS or TOEFL certificate with the overall score meeting minimum entry requirements of Nazarbayev University, will be invited for the Subject Entrance Test (SET), which takes place in March 2015.
